My immediate thought upon seeing this image is that, much like there is a standard, codified, ratified, UNESCO recognised scale for furryness (which is to simply state, a singular, decently widespread image, or rather, series of images, on the internet), ranging from 'Not furry' to 'Oh shit negras what are you doing' (or the alternative nomenclature that some scholars prefer of 'Not furry' to 'Dangerously cheesy'), there should be a codified scale to sort anthropomorphised depictions of countries into categories ranging from 'Not hetalia' to 'Dangerously hetalia'.
