A mixture between swivel, obs and sony vegas.
Swivel is great, however it only works some of the time - a loop may loop or stop, some fancier things such as 3d text like in desu_desu.swf breaks it, poor start/stop options, old integrated ffmpeg so no option to output to nice codecs like vp9 or av1, I usually render to quicktime animation .mov as it's the least lossy option that doesn't crash (uncompressed .avi crashes and so do most other options) and then reencode to av1, also because it extracts audio from the .swf itself, the audio doesn't render right.
If that fails, then I try to screenrecord it (usually a significantly higher fps than needed to capture all frames), however if it's a simple enough .swf, something like a short loop, I might just extract the images and audio from the .swf itself with jpexs and just reconstruct the whole thing in sony vegas, and then render out to uncompressed .avi and reencode to av1.
